Hello classmates, painting has always been a touchy subject, that dirty word that you shouldn't say but it still pours out of your mouth. Mostly using and being familiar with black and white mediums and tones, painting is more than that to me, painting is patience, perception, freedom. There is ways to blend paints to match the exact emotion you are in at the time, the possibility of having color in my works and actually sharing with people the way I felt when I created the piece, for me that was scary. I look forward to being able to let go and experiment without prejudice, to have the freedom to create without fear.
